Really disappointed in this location. Today I popped in to grab a smoothie bowl for my lunch. I was not greeted at all, and I have a soy allergy so I like to order with a person… but I was ignored for several minutes and I ended up ordering on the kiosk. The person who walked in behind me was greeted and they took their order. Then they took several more orders after that. Everyone’s order was completed before mine. I saw this location had such a negative rating, but I'm happy I went here. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They checked on me as I ordered from the kiosk. They gave me a recommendation and respected when I made a choice that wasn't the recommendation. She asked what I ordered and what the size was, that way she could begin working on it. Very slow and 1 or 2 workers everytime I come here.
Probably one of the worst Jambas I’ve been to. I was always a regular before moving out of state (and not having a Jamba Juice in my state). Came back and have gone a few times at the Elk Grove Blvd location and had no problems but this was my first time at this location. I ordered a small citrus squeeze (on a very old menu) the gal behind the counter was very busy and not entirely her fault but couldn’t take my order because I couldn’t use the self serve kiosk to order my old off menu smoothie. During my visit at this Jamba Juice location, the employee who attended us was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Not only did she look miserable at work but she also didn't greet my family nor me during our visit upon entry of the store. When our drinks were ready after a long wait, we were the only customers there at the time so the drinks that were at the counter ready we assumed those were our drinks but she didn't even call out the drinks nor communicate anything to us like most locations would NORMALLY do since it's pr... read more
