Placed a pickup order at 8:05 am Sunday 10/5, arrived at my pickup time at 8:16. Store was locked and dark. Employee with long reddish brown braid finally opened store at 8:30 am but then cancelled my pickup order after opening the store. Wasted a lot of my time.

Really disappointed in this location. Today I popped in to grab a smoothie bowl for my lunch. I was not greeted at all, and I have a soy allergy so I like to order with a person… but I was ignored for several minutes and I ended up ordering on the kiosk. The person who walked in behind me was greeted and they took their order. Then they took several more orders after that. Everyone’s order was completed before mine. I saw this location had such a negative rating, but I'm happy I went here. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They checked on me as I ordered from the kiosk. They gave me a recommendation and respected when I made a choice that wasn't the recommendation. She asked what I ordered and what the size was, that way she could begin working on it.
