Probably one of the worst Jambas I’ve been to. I was always a regular before moving out of state (and not having a Jamba Juice in my state). Came back and have gone a few times at the Elk Grove Blvd location and had no problems but this was my first time at this location. During my visit at this Jamba Juice location, the employee who attended us was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Not only did she look miserable at work but she also didn't greet my family nor me during our visit upon entry of the store. When our drinks were ready after a long wait, we were the only customers there at the time so the drinks that were at the counter ready we assumed those were our drinks but she didn't even call out the drinks nor communicate anything to us like most locations would NORMALLY do since it's pr... read more

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Jamba Juice location on New Year’s Eve. As soon as I walked in with my daughter, one of the employees rudely informed us there was a 30-minute wait and that they were closing in 30 minutes. Her tone was unnecessary and off-putting. We immediately left and went to Cold Stone instead, where the lone employee was kind and accommodating despite being the only one working.
