Workers are very nice and helpful. It was easy to customize my drink.
THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY HERE!! They didn’t give me my change and I’m not talking about only a few cents no i mean dollars and didn’t want to give me my receipt when I asked for it and not to mention they are so slow so I had to wait in line for 30 mins when it was only me and one family and we both ordered like 2 smoothies each and they took like 10 years to get up from their phones and finally make a smoothie that takes less than one minute! and also they don’t even care to hear or listen to what you want to order! The smoothie I was looking forward to was watered down. I got a small and it was $7. crazy
Stopped at Jamba Juice in Woodfield Mall a little after 7:30pm. The employee wasn’t mean, but also wasn’t very friendly and said their machines were already off and they were closed. Everything says they’re open until 8pm. If you’re closing early, the hours should probably say that.
