The smoothie I was looking forward to was watered down. I got a small and it was $7. crazy
Stopped at Jamba Juice in Woodfield Mall a little after 7:30pm. The employee wasn’t mean, but also wasn’t very friendly and said their machines were already off and they were closed. Everything says they’re open until 8pm. If you’re closing early, the hours should probably say that.
Not the typical experience from Jamba Juice as the staff barely spoke to us. But we got what we came for and that was that. Nothing to stand out to make us come back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Jamba location. When I simply asked where the exit was, the lady working there (an older woman) was extremely rude. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior, especially toward a paying customer. Being near closing time is no excuse for treating customers poorly. A business that relies on customers should value respect and courtesy. This left a really bad impression, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
