Customer Service is on point! Very clean and good drinks.
Had a bad experience last week . I had an issue with my food order and I made a complaint with the manager (Neva or neba ) her name doesn't really matter. Her attitude and tone was the issue . When I asked to fix my order she seemed annoyed , also her lack of good customer service was apparent. I don't usually leave bad reviews. But that lady made me not want to go back to Jamba juice ever again , at least not the Brawley Location. I don't know who's idea it was to put her in charge to begin with. Very excited that this opened up here in Brawley! Cute, very clean store and the customer service was great. Very friendly staff and efficient with my order. I brought my dogs in, and they seemed to enjoy the atmosphere as well!
