Never open in the morning. This is my 11th time coming in the morning and they aren’t open.
The new employee used my points when I clearly stated not to then I tried to correct her and she said it my fault you should teach your employee some manners. I'm upset because I was saving up for 20 large drinks to save for a rainy day and I almost had 2000 now I have 711 they should teach there employees how to actually use the register in case the customer made a mistake, Like what happened to me today.
Customer Service is on point! Very clean and good drinks.
