I dont like going to the dentist and cant stand needles but Dr Isaak explained every part of the extraction process and made me feel comfortable. Got my tooth out in less than a min and didnt feel nothing. Had a very good experience with this doctor. Great character and made me feel at ease the entire time. Thanks to him!

Absolute nightmare dealing with Jamaica Hospital’s dental department. They told me to wait 3–4 business days for a response, and I ended up waiting a whole month with zero updates. Every time I followed up, I got the same recycled excuse: “we’re short staffed.” That’s not an excuse for wasting a patient’s time.
