Disappointed with my experience. I was given incorrect information about the wait time, which led to an unnecessary delay. Better communication and respect for patients’ time would make a big difference.
The worst place to go if u in pain and walk in as an emergency walkin, waiting period is 6+ hours! Just don’t go!

The receptionist with the butterfly tattoo on her neck is extremely abrasive and rude. she thinks just because you can't be seen a patient due to walk in cut off time that she can just look away from you immediately and stare at her computer. Absolute trash customer service... clearly she feels some type of way that she has to be at work so should consider getting a job where she won't feel inclined to be abrasive off the bat to people who are being polite TO HER.
