Excellent service! The owner Jose came out himself and found that the previous repair people who will remain nameless here completely messed up the wiring and the solutions they offered (new heat pump costing A LOT of money) were unfounded! He is competitively priced but the most important aspect of JAMA and Jose is their HONESTY. This easily makes them a 5-star operation.

I had Jose out to for an estimate, and it started off well enough. However, it has been 10 days since appointment , and I have yet to receive the quote. I have called multiple times to follow up, but he doesn't pick up the phone and hasn't returned any messages. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable and communicative, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional way to run a business. I Don't understand how they are still in business with this mentality

I can’t thank Jama Heating and Plumbing enough for their excellent service. Jose, the owner, is extremely responsive and on top of everything. I’ve been using his company for a few years now, and they’ve always been reliable. Their technician, Amilcar Cruz, is one of the best techs I’ve worked with. He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Highly recommended.

JAMA has been our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor for nearly 10 years. They respond quickly, come out often the same day or the next day, and are professional and reasonably priced. They are our go-to service provider and highly recommend them. Jose, his son Freddy, and their team are excellent.
