I reached out via their website to get a bid for a new roof and within 24 hours I was contacted by Austin, one of their salesmen. He scheduled a time to come out later in the week, but before our scheduled appointment it started raining and a drip drip began falling from my ceiling. I called the office, Austin adjusted his schedule, came right out, and within a few hours the leak had been covered up.
