I had a tree fall on my tile roof. Dan Daulton, the head of the repair department at JAM came to my house and assessed the damage. He assured me that it was an easy fix. He actually came a day early after checking with me if that was alright. He took pictures and sent them along the repair estimate. I forwarded them to my insurance agent. I was also connected to the assigned adjuster. I sent him the photos and the repair estimate. I received the money for the repair based upon Dan’s photos and estimate. I am very appreciative of Zack! I had a tile roof and had called a couple people out to see if it could be repaired with everyone saying they would get back to me with an estimate, but never did.
