Had Jam roofing install a new roof . There was a misunderstanding concerning the job that I didn’t make clear. After completing the work and hearing my complaint (which was totally my fault) they returned and repaired the issue I had. They were very professional and returned calls WELL within reason . Yes I would definitely use them again. They can be trusted which is a rare thing in this day and age .
I had a tree fall on my tile roof. Dan Daulton, the head of the repair department at JAM came to my house and assessed the damage. He assured me that it was an easy fix. He actually came a day early after checking with me if that was alright. He took pictures and sent them along the repair estimate. I forwarded them to my insurance agent. Josh and his guys are awesome! Josh took his time to explain the process to me. I appreciate that, being it was my 1st big insurance claim. They finished the job in 1 day. I even recommend jam Roofing to my friend.
My roof over my porch was leaking due to heavy snow. David Gaither came over and gave me a bid. Omg it was a great price and Jam Roofing is so polite and caring. An amazing first time experience.
