JAM Real Estate recently handled the sale of my Santa Fe home. They priced the home such that we had 30 showings in 5 days and a well-attended open house. I needed to keep the traffic in the house to a minimum, and Six showings accordingly. Six days later we were reviewing 8 offers 2 at list and 6 above list. We were under contract in 10 days. The team is easy to deal with, reponsive and their advice is on target. Thanks, JAM!!!!
