AWFUL SERVICE- BEWARE! I ordered an item online to be shipped to a PO Box out of state. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that they are unable to ship to PO Boxes. When I placed my order, I was contacted via email informing me that I needed to choose a physical address to ship to. I was unable to provide one as the PO Box is the only business address that I use. I was told that my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. poor! poor! poor! - do not go here. UNBELIEVABLE customer service!! Extremely poor. I called to ask a question about my order. Me: "I have a question about the order that I just received." JAM: "listening" - that is it! Not how can I help you?" "What can I do for you?" I Love Jam Paper I make a lot of custom cards, and I can always find the right envelope for these cards at Jam Paper. They have an enormous selection of colors and sizes in a variety of paper stocks. They also have a wide selection of other stationery supplies as well- notebooks, wrapping papers, tape and tacks. You can always find what you need here at a great price.
