U-Haul truck pick up was not ready on move out day wasted precious time on hold with U-Haul.
I've never had a better experience with any storage company. The customer service was outstanding. So much so I wanted to do something special like a tip or drinks. I really felt like I knew both Caleb Baker from Virginia and also Cameron I believe his name was also out of Virginia. Shout out to both those guys for great customer service. I would recommend storage wise to anyone!!! Thanks guys
