I have never met with a business charging you $1400 and your communication is by text only. It isn’t good for business, well it may be for theirs but not mine. Now we used the location when it was in Addison and the feel was just different. It was more professional. This seemed like a rush and we were getting on their nerves. I truly had a wonderful time at the jam box. My guess was so excited and happy and they truly enjoyed themselves as well as I did! JoJo, the bartender was awesome. I wanted her to be part of the event and not just a bartender. I truly would recommend this place to others. I had a very good time there actually a damn good time there. I also want to add that Shauna was my contact person and she was awesome as well. I’m glad I was able to have my weddings/reception there.
We held a Sweet 16 party here this weekend. The venue was beautiful and it was such a perfect night! We booked it 6 months ago, and we were able to do a payment plan for our reservation. They were friendly, always quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. Communication was effortless. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone!
Booked an event here for my mother's 70th birthday party. Shuanna was very professional and expedient at answering any questions I had from the initial reservation to the day of the event. It's a beautiful place for a small group of 100 or less. Very nice that they supply tables and chairs with tablecloths for up to 50 people. Also two 6 ft tables for food and such.
