We had to travel out of town for a funeral in Floresville, TX. Afterwards, our truck was acting up. Luckily, JAM wasn’t far away and the awesome Rick’s Towing got us safely there. JAM quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained the part, installed it, and got us going within an hour. Sent my car in to get oil pan gaskets replaced well they couldn’t re time the motor due to skipping a tooth however they called me a 2 days after my car was sitting at shop as well would be nice to know in mechanical description can’t do timing however what made me upset is I payed $150 to get towed there an another $135 to get it towed out of there they wanted someone to do the timing and it get sent back there to get the oil pan gaskets replaced but next time I’ll consider sending it to a shop that does everything not just... read more
Overpriced options, leaving reassembly looking worse than before. They occupy on looking for cheaper or offbrand parts to save money. Vehiche left worse after tune up. Better to head to San Antonio or a nearby dealership if looking for quality work.
