I went into this store for the first time and met Chris, What a wonderful, helpful and caring individual His knowledge about anything I asked was fantastic. Please go in and visit, I have passed this store many times and had no idea what they did. It is worth the adventure.
Been going here for a few years and I’m never disappointed! If there’s ever any questions or concerns, Chris always makes time to help you out. Definetly check them out!!
PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not bring your car here. I asked for a remote start and new navigation system installed and they messed up the wiring to the point where sensors kept going off and car would just turn off. I took it there 3 times and still no fixing. I had to take to the dealer and spend another 890 dollars. When I asked them to reimburse me the manager said and I quote "you can suck my d***" right in front of my 6 yr old daughter!!!!
A couple of months ago my wife bought a remote starter from this store. Unfortunately the installation in the car was intermittent. So my wife took the car back to get it fixed. She did this possibly 3 times , each time without success so she asked me if I would take it back. Without hesitation Chis replaced the unit and had me try this one, still intermittent so he replaced it with a more upmarket one. I had my car tinted here and it was done very poorly. Parts of the tint was folded over on itself. I asked them to redo it and they would not. Save you time and money, this place is just a bunch of no tallent hacks. I also have seen them wrighting there own reviews. Do not be fooled.
Local audio shop with lots of stuff! Your competitors are empty with nothing, they cant pay bills! You guys are doin somethin good.
This is the worst place for installing a car radio or audio system or XM receiver. They have NO idea what they are doing. We had to bring the car back there 3 times and they STILL messed it up. I had to take my car to my dealer to UNDO what they did. You are wasting your money and time if you go to these guys. Go to a more professional dealer.
