As a member for over 2 years, yesterday I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My car was in the auto-shop and I received a loaner. Before returning it, I wanted to give it a quick vacuum at the place where, again, I have a membership and have paid to use the subpar vacuums for over two years. Their signs clearly state “NON MEMBERS must pay before using the vacuums”. I pull up to the vacuums and see the workers, plus a lady who turned out to be the owner, staring at me. Matt and his partner did a great job making sure my car was clean and nothing was missed before I even went in I’m happy with the service no issues that I can find for the wash I got
Never met an owner of the business who is NOT for the customer. I had the car wash subtracting from my account and went in May to cancel and it still took out. Spoke with the owner and she was not willing to listen to me or look at the receipts that I had from my last visit to prove I paid not with the automatic. BEWARE do not go to this car wash. There are plenty more in town and who I am sure that the owners would appreciate your business unlike this woman.
