Dr. Jaller is by far the best family doctor I have ever had. He really emphasizes preventative care and because I didn't have much wrong with me - he spent time discussing how to prevent future problems, etc. I have referred my entire family and then some to him and they have all come back to me with rave reviews. He is by far the most caring and non-judgmental doctor I've worked with. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
