It's been my favorite restaurant for almost 20 years the food is very good
I gave a 5 Star review 9 years ago. But the flavor of the special ingredients in the torta is no longer there. I asked for 2 trips tacos and the tripa was extremely dry and hard to bite. The one thing that used to distuguish was quality and someone is not checking the control, I don't think I will return.
We ordered some tacos and some combos today. The tacos were tasty but incredibly small, like two bites. For the price I thought it was not worthy. We also ordered a soda, they recently changed their menus and sodas aren't refills anymore but we didn't know that so when we asked for a refill the girl brought us another cup which we found strange but she didn't say anything about the sodas not being refills. If you plan on eating here make sure you go with someone who knows what is good and what is not good. I highly recommend not to go here for their birria tacos or just birria in general. I have never eaten such dry, unflavored, meat. It looked like the meat had just been boiled with water without any spices. To make matters worse there was no consommé included, it was an additional cost (unbelievable). I thought at least the meat would have it but no it was dry.
