I want to preface this by letting all know I travel a lot and eat out a lot. Tonight I ordered a Chimichanga, (a flour tortilla filled with meat, beans, cheese, or rice, folded into a package, and deep-fried until crisp). NOT HERE, this was more of a burrito covered in what looked like cheese, no flavor in the beef or cheese. I ask for beef, and beans only. No beans. The only thing that had flavor was the chips. We travel through Salina several times a year and decided to try Jalisco’s. Skip this place. They had no plastic ware, and we needed some where we were staying. The excuse was they ran out the day before. They had until 5 pm to get some the day I ordered. I had to stop at Walmart to get some. The food was below average-cheese dip was as thin as milk and tortillas were hard and dried out. There are much better places in Salina to eat. Much better!
We love eating here. The food is fast and delicious and the wait staff are wonderful.
Great food, generous portions, fast service. Good value for sure.
Queso was great. Flower chips, great too. Food was hot, and beer was cold.
