Tried this place the other day and it was mid. The Gordita’s cheese got pretty stale quickly and oily but dry at the same time. The only thing that gets 5 starts would the waitress service.
First time taco Tuesday got there about 9pm tacos de pastor meat was like left out for the longest all dry not fresh batch
I dont know why I haven't done a review of this place. I'm a constant regular. I absolutely love los tacos de cabeza. Let me tell ya that I still haven't found anywhere else in chi-town with a better tacos de cabeza. I dont care about the rest of their menu. I come here specifically for 4-6 tacos de cabeza and a Large Horchata 😋. It's always my go to meal. If I can buy their recipe, I would. The servers are always very polite and kind.
one star only because the staff was really nice. Food was horrible. I got 2 tortas for my coworker and me. The al pastor torta gave me horrible diarrhea.
