Was unbelievably hot in there. Couldn't believe it. Thought about not sitting down, but I did. My mistake. The 1 server looked miserable despite their individual effort and positivities. Not sure what are legalities for working conditions in restaurants where stoves and ovens are running all day in humid 95 degree weather, but don’t the owners have to provide air conditioning to the employees?! Delicious food and great atmosphere!! I definitely recommend the empanadas as a starter and the burrito and burrito bowl were both incredibly tasty and good portions! Our server was very friendly and personable and we felt welcome as soon as we entered.
Me and 3 friends waited by the door to be seated for 10 minutes . 2 people walked in behind us and they were seated right away while we were still waiting. We decided to just seat ourselves at the outdoor seating area where the people that walked in behind us were seated. We thought someone would come wait on us but I watched the people around us be served while no one had even acknowledged us.
