Jalia Marchelles shop is so peaceful and ALWAYS fun. The customer service is impeccable. The laughter and haircare discussions are so valuable. She does the BEST tape extensions and the hair is like no other. When I walk out of the door I feel like a Queen. Jalia takes her time and every detail is perfect. When you are in the chair it's all about your experience. If you want good hair on all levels you should visit this shop.
Jalia was very professional and super knowledgeable in the hair field. She informed me of things I had no idea about. Her customer service deserves 6 stars due to her patience and understanding of how to work with indecisive customers. She’ll definitely be getting more of my business.

Great Customer Service soon as you walk in. I always leave out the chair loving my hair. Every Wednesday she offers wine to her clients, and Fridays she offers a good drink to start the weekend off. Book now, I promise you will love the service.
