Ja’lessa Cole is the worst medical provider I have EVER had, and I’m 63 years old. My primary care at the Carnes Crossroads primary care no longer works there so I called in for a refill of my testosterone. She required me to come in for an exam. OK that’s fine I came in and her nurse said I need to fill out some paperwork for a controlled substance screening because I’m asking for a controlled substance of testosterone. If excellence was a person! Excellent bedside manor. Exceptionally knowledgeable, meticulously thorough, patient, kind, I could go on...I have numerous Specialist. She manages my overall care & she does an amazing job at it. Referrals are made when needed. Every request met in a timely fashion. Most importantly she makes me feel valuable, seen & heard being a patient dealing with excruciating chronic pain & other conditions that require close management. She's THAT chic!!! IYKYK

The appointment with DR. Cole was excellent! She answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. You can tell she is very passionate about her role, and really cares about her patients. She made me feel really comfortable through the entire visit. 5star I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend!
