The appointment with DR. Cole was excellent! She answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. You can tell she is very passionate about her role, and really cares about her patients. She made me feel really comfortable through the entire visit. 5star I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend!

Actually the worst medical professional I have ever come across. I requested a cervical MRI and she laughed in my face and said it’s “not necessary” and “insurance would not even cover it.” Refused to order it so I self referred elsewhere and they ordered one without me even asking & ended up finding an 11 inch spinal cord cyst inside my spinal column. Insurance also paid for it without even an XRAY beforehand (which she said wouldn’t happen), plus five more MRIs after that. Thankfully no spinal tumor, which they also had to... read more
