I’ve worked with Jalen & Sons Plumbing for our building’s plumbing needs for a long time, and the service has stayed excellent the whole way through. I called about one water heater that was failing and two other units I was worried might have plumbing issues, and they said a plumber could be out within the hour, which was a huge help. He also inspected the other two heaters, found they were not faulty, a... read more

old-school professionalism is hard to find these days, but clayton really brings it. He explained everything in a clear, step-by-step way and made sure we understood the problem, the repair options, and what the work would involve. After that, he got his c... read more

When Jace arrived on time, I showed him a photo of the slow leak since it was not dripping much at that moment. He checked the unit, confirmed the problem quickly, and replaced the garbage disposal without wasting time. The whole plumbing visit was smooth, professional, and efficient. He finis... read more

This is one of the few reviews I have felt strongly enough to write because I was truly impressed. The plumbing team responded quickly, showed up on time, and was polite and professional the whole way through. I had been trying to find someone to fix a gas line issue connected to my fireplace and kept getting passed around, but these plumbers actually took care of it. Even when they did not have every part on hand, William went to get the needed parts and came back to finish the job. He also helped with an extra item I could... read more
