Oliver and his crew arrived ready to handle the plumbing job. We needed a sewer line repair and a new cleanout installed, and they got started right away. We were really impressed with Jalen & Sons Plumbing for the fast response and great plumbing service. Clayton answered the phone right away, explained the next steps clearly, and let us know someone would come out soon. thanks so much for an outstanding job! the team handled a tough and complicated plumbing situation and made it look easy. first, they fixed a tricky shower issue, and then they tackled a sewage problem, both with great skill and careful work. they even had the exact part needed for the shower right in their truck, which felt like a stroke of luck since those old gerber parts are hard to find. it was impressive how clayton managed to remove the old shower valve without having to break anything, all with his own hands. really ... read more

We recently had a plumbing crew come out to handle a pretty good-sized job in our basement, including installing new drains and several new water lines.
