We were having several plumbing issues at home, including shower heads in both bathrooms that were hard to turn on and off, low water pressure at the bathroom faucets, and a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Jalen & Sons Plumbing to anyone in Katy dealing with an urgent plumbing problem. We had an outside water line break and did not catch it until water had spread around a large part of our home’s perimeter. william came out to check our water heater, and we were expecting a big plumbing bill and thought a full replacement was needed. however, william took the time to inspect the unit carefully, test how it was working, and give us an honest assessment. he explained that the water heater did not need to be replaced right now and that it was still working properly. he also took time to walk me through how the system works, answered our questions in simple terms, and adjusted the water temperature to a safer setting for the house.... read more
