Called a week ago - quoted $10,000 for 2oz 24K gold chain by the lady on the phone. Was about 8% over spot at the time. Went in person cash in hand today, man quoted me $19,000 for 62G 24K chain.🤣 Edit: Because I can not directly reply to the owners response - I was not quoted for raw gold, as my review states! I was quoted $10,000 for a complete gold chain. You run a dishonest business and waste peoples time.

But I would like to remind everyone to please do your own research regarding Jade (Grade A/real Jade vs treated Jade) and kindly buy at your discretion. Although, in all honesty, the owners are super sweet. Giving a two star just because they sweet. If something looks a lotta green and price is too good to be true, please know that means it’s too good to be true. Sometimes you may find that certain pieces of the Jade is real, but part of it has been treated.
I had a sterling silver bracelet engraved here, the owners were very patient and thorough with what I wanted despite our language barrier (Chinese and English). They charged me $40 dollars for the engraving and had it done within 1 hour. Highly recommend them for small repairs and quick work
