I have come here for multiple custom jewelry from them. Any design I have requested, they work with me to get the design perfect to how I want it. I really appreciate their friendly, positive, and even enthusiastic attitudes for what I’m asking for. Attached are some beautiful photos of the beautiful custom pieces they crafted for me!! I came here to have my necklace repaired. One of the chains broke and I had to have it resealed. I’m happy with the final result. 3/5 stars cause it took longer than expected. I was told to return at a certain time and when I returned at that time I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Also, I felt the charge was a tad on the expensive side. Almost $30 including tax when paying with debit card. If you’re in a rush and don’t want to bargain shop this place offers a decent service.

I’m truly disappointed with my purchase. Three years ago, I bought what I was told was genuine jade for around $600. I trusted the seller and believed I was getting a high-quality product. I LOVE my tennis bracelet and eternity ring from Jalee Jewelry! I wanted my pieces in rose gold and they were able to accommodate and ship it to me for free with a very quick turnaround. They are communicative with timelines and also very helpful and friendly for in person shopping!
