I love Dr. Jaloli. He genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff is nice and professional. I love going here. I don't see a different nurse practitioner all the time. I actually get to see the Dr himself. The environment is quiet, comfortable and clean.
Wonderful Doctor. But his staff is terrible. Never call you back. Talk to you like your the problem. The only way to get anything done is get ugly with them. Sad you have to fight so hard just to get medication the doctor prescribed. I left his office over a year ago because of his staff. My wife has battled them ever since and finally has had enough.
