I had a great experience with my doctor SHE was amazing and listened to me with my concerns. The woman that sits at the window (sorry didn't get her name) was also amazing she made me feel like I have been going there for ever.
Nurses were nice enough I guess but I never felt much like a human being. Just another patient and insurance check. Dr Jakus in particular was awful. He was rude, inconsiderate, outdated and could care less about even hearing you out and what you want for YOUR BODY and YOUR CHILD. His bedside manner is non existent. When I got pregnant with my second child I absolutely refused to go to nyack hospital specifically because of this man and how uncomfortable he made me feel throughout my entire labor. No thank you.
