It is always a good experience. The staff is very pleasant and patient. And Dr. Miesczak is the best!!
The doctor himself is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the care he provides. Unfortunately, the experience with the prior authorization team, including the nurse handling that process, has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been unclear, follow-through has been inconsistent, and there seems to be a lack of urgency or understanding when it comes to handling important approvals.
