Super unreliable builder. Tbh our architect had given us fair warning in going ahead with him for our reno and we should have listened but he seemed fine at the start. We had a lot of problems after the reno, day 1 after we moved in a pipe in the wall burst because the plumber had drilled into his own pipe, the kitchen sink wouldn't stop leaking even after three attempts by the builder and plumber.
