I am writing this because I want other homeowners to be protected. I had a very upsetting experience with Jakobsen Restoration. They sent a plumber named Chris to my home. He told me I had to pay $150 because my home warranty supposedly “does not cover all the expenses.” I trusted him and paid the $150. After he left, I called my home warranty company to ask for a receipt. They told me clearly that they covered everything and I should not have paid anything at all.
