I am very pleased with Jakobsen Restoration. I had water damage that needed notable work. To complicate the situation, I had to navigate it from overseas. Alejandro Lopez was excellent. From early on I knew I could trust him. He’s not only very skilled, but knows how to advocate for his customers when dealing with insurance companies. He kept in regular contact and walked me through all the key steps. I’m very pleased with the process and end result.

Jacob (no relation to owning the company), and the rest of the crew, were great. They were patient with us as they helped dry out our leaky roof. They were trustworthy, polite, and professional.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to with such wonderful service from Jakobsen Restoration. I had a roof leak. Nick Brooks was my Project Manager for the job. He came highly recommended to me from my friend. Nick is so professional, smart, kind, a lot of patience, worked with Intregrity, returned my calls promptly, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with him. The whole team work was fabulous. My neighbor’s home experienced a flood, which unfortunately affected my home as well since we share a wall. The restoration company was recommended by my homeowner’s insurance, and I’m very grateful for that recommendation. They responded quickly to begin water mitigation and assisted with replacing my floors. They also carefully stored my furniture during the process and returned everything afterward, setting it back up just as it had been before. I was pleased with the restoration work that involved a bathroom wall, cabinet, counter, flooring, and an entry into a our basement. Larry Ingramm, the project manager, was easy to work with, very professional and responded in a timely fashion, and he was definitely working to get the best possible outcome.
