This place is just the worst. Really, you cannot find a more dysfunctional, dirty, chaotic, thrown together barn anywhere. Karlie acts like she is very knowledgeable but she is lacking in the very basics of horse care and fundamentals of riding. She has a high turnover rate, when boarders and students find out who she really is they leave and she gets a new wave of people that really want to ride and starts the whole process over.
