We went here in early august for dinner,it was nearly empty ,service was super slow,we constantly saw her talking with other workers, as they were hiding behind a wall laughing, she messed up our order several times, we were her only table.but always seemed rushed to get back to her friends. we had to ask 4 times to get rolls and 3 times to get butter lol. we couldn't find her at all ..the only time she asked if we needed anything was when she brought the check.as to the food,i ordered the 16 oz prime rib,which was at least ... read more

Had AUCE Crabs and they were excellent. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the music was top notch! Can’t wait to go back again!
So my family stopped in here for some seafood before heading home from the beach. My husband and I both saw the lobster roll on the menu and decided on that. When it was finally served 25+ minutes after ordering we looked at the Waitress like where is the rest. These plates were at most 10 inches and my small potato was bigger than the sandwich. No warning that the roll was snack size! For $18 totally not okay. And to top it off my husbands had multiple shells and was totally not enjoyable.

Arrived at 7, left at 9... sat for 1 1/2 hours before we had our food. Other tables came in after us, ordered after us and ate BEFORE us! Manager was very rude to us when we complained. Even called one of the ladies at our table a sir! Food was cold, burgers undercooked, shrimp had a foul taste, and chicken was not marinated. Our waiter never asked to fill any of our drinks or if we needed anything. Will never eat here again. For a restaurant that charges way too much our service and food should have been better.
Our server was outstanding! Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was exceptional ( we were there on July 22 at 19:30, she had black framed glasses, very energetic) ,, hats off to her!
