For dinner or happy hour Jake's is the best all year long. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Met a friend for happy hour last Friday and we enjoyed steamed shrimp, mussels, Caesar salads and great live music. Our server Jason took good care of us too. Love Jake's!
Staff was friendly happy hour drinks and food were excellent. Gotta try the fish tacos the seafood bisque and the boiled shrimp were excellent and a great price too.
Great food and quick service. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu.
Would not seat us in groups of 4. Terrible host. Would never go back. Host even said they don't have the staff. Maybe they should just close. Will tell everyone not to go.
Overpriced and tasteless crab cakes. Shrimp Alfredo with tasteless jarred sauce. Very small piece of fish in fried seafood combo, shrimp and scallops were good but not worth the price. Seafood bisque didn't totally suck, but wasn't worth the stop or the high price of our dinner. Major disappointment... The empty parking lot should have clued me in!!!
Great happy hour m-f 3-6. Great icy cold 22 oz draft for $3. Fish tacos and the peel shrimp from the bar menu make a great dinner. And YES, it is possible to fit 6 folks in a bar booth. Thanks!
I was very disappointed. $32 for 2 clusters of overcooked crab legs? The burger bun fell apart and was equally unimpressive. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Food was horrible, got the jumbo crab imperial and it was inedible. My husband said his crab cakes were the worst he has ever had. Spent $140 for a family of 4 and the meals were no good. Will never return. Save your money, this place has turned into a tourist trap. Our waiter was a nice guy, but I am sure he noticed that we hardly ate our meals and never asked. I could have complained, but at that point we would have had to have all the meals return/refunded...and I didn't think that would be reasonable on our end. Lesson l... read more
