It’s unfortunate that I’m having to write this review but hopefully this will help at least one person learn a lesson at my expense and not get taken advantage of like I was. I have done business with Jake’s for many years. He would typically give a higher price than others, but would show up, do good work and that work is worth a price so I would happily pay that price.
