Horrible Experience, but there is one positive thing Jakes did not charge me for the diagnostic fee after I called to complain about what happened. I had a Rheem on-demand hot water heater throwing out error code 11 which is one of three things. 1. Lack of gas supply 2. Faulty Ignitor 3. Faulty Flame Sensor I wasn't able to go to check prior but my new tenants told me they had already put the gas in their name and that it was on.
