Great service and haircut as usual. Mimi was great, super nice, fun to talk to. Great job. Always comfortable and classy looking decor. Couldn’t ask for more.

The last two times I had an appointment the staff was 15 to 20 minutes late. The first time, I thought “things happen”, the second time it becomes a pattern. At 20 minutes past my appointment time I walked up to the desk and cancelled my appointment. They promptly offered a discount on the service which was declined and I left. In my opinion, respecting peoples’ time is more important than a discount or text people that their appointment is delayed.
