Im a truck driver and always on the road, my route got changed last week and just happen to be passing by Ash fork Az by Donna's office, I called her just to see if she was available to show me a property that I was interested in. Donna went above and beyond of what I expected for someone that just called her out of the blue. Just rude customer service. Inquiring about land seems like an inconvenience to Donna. Cant get info on a property I'm interested in without pulling teeth. Happily looking for a different seller. Was at a property and was told about a map that would be helpful and that she would send the link, didnt get it until the next day. Property lines do not show how it is split into 3 lots and apparently you just have to figure that out yourself.
In the process of shopping for property in Kaibab Estates you will know you have done your research if you meet Jake The Snake and Donna at High Country Realty. I have not figured out why every single person in the whole town calls Jake a snake. It does kinda describe our sense of humor. Kind of like our mayor who has never stood elections and never will.
