Disappointing Valentine's Day dinner...limited menu, satisfactory service, and a bumbling bus boy fingering food scraps at our table. There were note cards on the tables with names and times of later reservations. It was as if there were saying, "Be done by x:xx." My husband's prime rib was the worst cut of meat we had ever seen! All in all, a very disappointing experience.

I like the brick wall atmosphere but the food is hit or miss. You can order the same steak one night and it may be very good and on another night it's awful. I tried a couple of more times because I want it to succeed but had an undercooked fish and on another night had a bad cut of meat, too tough. Their chef is the problem and they don't seem to want to fix the problem. I don't mind spending the money for good food but am disappointed when they can't get an average order right. Not returning. Way Overrated. – I was in town for a week visiting family and they decided to take me out to the 'nicest' restaurants in Saginaw. I asked the server what Microbrews they had but both servers had no idea what a microbrew was. The bartender suggested a coors light. What a joke! The rest of the night was just bad service all around. It took forever for us to get what we had ordered. I ordered the Calamari for an appetizer and they tasted like cold chewy onion rings. The best high-end restaurant in Saginaw – For higher=end dining this is the only game in town. For a town the size of Saginaw you would think there would be more choices. Staff is typically very attentive, the owners are very friendly and the crowd is Saginaw's professional class. Food is great most of the time but misses the mark for the highest rating. your being taken advantage of – The food here looks like a good selection. However if you order the fish it will be overcooked. If you order a steak it will be just what you order the particular cut but its hard to ruin a steak. The desert comes from a box the salad will be wilted the dressing will come from a bottle. The wine will be over priced and perhaps shelved to long after being previously opened. The lunch is he best thing this place has to offer though it will be dripping in grease.
