After several no call backs from EVERGY, I called Jake’s in desperation as the furnace was out for 2 days. The service tech (Bob Dehnert) called me immediately… he asked me to check several things before making the trip in order to save me $$$, but it was something I could not fix, and within 5 minutes, he was in my driveway. The repair was done quickly and was extremely affordable. He was honest, professional and knows his sh*t! Bob Dehnert, you THE man! Thank you for being prompt and courteous. Happy New Year!
