The serviceman was knowledgeable in the maintenance of our 2 units and mini split. Jakes has been serving us for 3 years after we purchased this 20 year old home.
I'm very disappointed in Jake's. My parent's were customers for over 15 years. Any company that would take advantage of a Widow doesn't deserve to be in business. We discovered mold in the ducts at my mom's house and called Jake's in. They did some form of preliminary work, including a $500+ part to help remedy this situation in the future. They then quoted my mom over $7,000 for a cleanup job. We went to her homeowners insurance, who brought in another company.
