Have been taking both vehicles to Jakes for the past few years. Great people , service and reasonable prices. We have always felt comfortable with what we've been told needs done and never pressured to do unneeded repairs or services.

Went in for a quote on a tune up. The guy told me "about a 100 bucks." So I made an appt for an upcoming Saturday when I was off. Went in, and after about 20 min, dude comes out and tells me they dont have the spark plugs, that the only place they can find them is in Virginia. So, I agree to come back a week later. I return and when its time to pay the girl says "210 $" I say " I was quoted about 100" She says "well, there was labor.." "I was quoted about 100" "Im sorry" Wont ever go back...
