Very nice, knowledgeable, professional people! Our ancient oil furnace started backfiring and rattling - blew the chimney cap off an old vent and made a huge mess in the basement. We had to shut it down as it kept backfiring. We were referred to Jake's by our fuel supplier for servicing. I did have to leave a message but was called back immediately and the lady who called back gave me an idea of what it could be and what it might cost - I was fairly panicked but she reassured me it was all fixable.
