so professional. I was walking in with my gold thinking the best I would get was maybe $300. Walked out with $575. I have been back 7 times in the past 3 weeks. Nobody is better than Jake. Last week I walked in and dropped off my bag of jewelery and went to have lunch at the pizzeria next door. Came back to Jake's place-handed him my ID, signed my signature, collected the money, shook hands and left very satisfied and pleased for probably the 6-8th time since mid September. No other store is on Jake's level. TRUST!!!!
