We had a great lunch today at Jakes, good food md mixing service. Kylie was exceptional! She had great conversation, made some great suggestions and took good care of us! We can’t wait to visit again!
I usually have a great experience here. Tonight I placed a to go order and when I arrived to pick it up it was busier than usual. I asked the bartender if I could get a side of a specific sauce with my order and she told “you’re going to have to ask someone else, I can’t get it right now.” What happened to customer service and since when is that acceptable? If you can’t handle being in the weeds then you shouldn’t be behind the bar in any establishment. It takes 45 seconds to walk to the back and grab sauce.
Great food and even better service. Joey was amazing, so kind and attentive!
Hannah was our waitress and she was great. Friendly and fast service. Loved the poppy seed buns. Vegetarian options available. They have a black bean patty and impossible burgers. Kids menus available too. The burgers are pretty good sized so we shared an order of fries. Multiple condiments on the table to try too.
