Love eating at the grapevine location! Mason was our waiter and he was so sweet and patient with us! Everything came hot and at a timely manner! Very attentive to our table and even had a lovely manager stop by and ask us how everything was! Have been here at a busy time as well, it’s great to know you get the same service no matter what time you go in!!! You go ladies and gents!!
Terrible experience. Our first and last time to Jake’s, unfortunately. Waited 40 minutes for food. Ended up having to ask for it to go. Order was still incorrect. There was no one in the restaurant! Timely and accurate service shouldn’t be an issue.
Great place to eat and have a cold beer.
