The burgers were nothing special, the fries were cold, and the service indifferent
Yummy Burgers and Fries! We always share the "Jakes Special". Good service ...always with a smile! Love that we only have to go downtown Grapevine ... the place we love!
The waiting staff is about as friendly as can be, we might be a little friendly and like this place a bit too much but the staff knew our names after 3 visits. They have the best burgers I think I've ever had! Can't really think of any conplaints except for the size of the venue.
Just visited the new Jake's in Flower Mound last Saturday night with my boyfriend. The food was delicious but the lack of customer service and underage girls dressed in skimpy clothes was very disappointing and disturbing! The waitstaff consisted of young women, who looked no older than high school seniors. Despite the fact that there were several waitresses standing around no one came to our table to identify themselves as our waitress or follow up with us on our food. Quickly becoming our neighborhood favorite! Love the open patio doors this time of the year. The sweet potato fries and marshmallow dip is awesome!
Great place! Great food and nice people! The staff is amazing!
Place was packed during grape fest, great service, and some dam good burgers and jalapeno bottle caps!
