Jake is the most honest therapist I have had. He is not only a great listener and gives good advice and tips but he also is honest and does not give fluff which is what I didn't know that was the part that was missing from my other therapists. Every session is a good session and surprisingly the ones I didn't want to go to are the ones I needed the most. I love that God is put in the session & we start with prayer. Jake is an excellent counselor. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. I am so grateful to find a Catholic counselor I could trust. He is extremely helpful with trauma, anxiety, and sorting through difficult family situations. He is skilled with using EMDR; I found it very helpful. Through these tools, Jake would help you unpack the past and get to the healing and closure that you need/deserve. Highly recommend!
