Jake is an excellent counselor. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. I am so grateful to find a Catholic counselor I could trust. He is extremely helpful with trauma, anxiety, and sorting through difficult family situations. He is skilled with using EMDR; I found it very helpful. Through these tools, Jake would help you unpack the past and get to the healing and closure that you need/deserve. Highly recommend!
