The craftsmanship of Jake and his workers was very good but there was significant mismanagement of time which equaled an unreasonable increase in cost and delay of completion of the project.

We have been very happy with the work that Jake has done over the years for us. He is comfortable with taking on a wide range of tasks: finishing a garage, firming up an old pole barn, removing an old wall heater and patching the hole, fixing things, patch work, deck / platform work etc.

I had some problems with my appliance company and ended up being delivered the wrong oven and Jake pretty much took care of it. He installed it in the next day and I can finally cook real food instead of getting by on microwave dinners.

Jake is truly “The Man”. He and his team are innovative and professional too. He has helped myself and my business with projects big and small. He’s down to earth and easy to talk to and when it’s time to work he keeps you informed on the progress. When you need a job done if he can’t come that week or month it’s worth the wait!
