I purchased a certified used car from this dealership and within the 1st week I had it back to service center with concerns about the gas mileage I was getting - 15.7mpg city. I asked if they could document the miles with a picture but my concerns were brushed aside. I was told the poor mpg reading was "from the previous owner" and given a complimentary fill up. I had reviewed Them on ************ I was told to call and wanted to make it better. We went back in the dealer apologized. I completed my loan. The day I was supposed to pick up my car they decided to cancel the sale because of the review I made even though they took a thousand dollar deposit. An hour before I was supposed to pick up my new car three days after the initial review.

Horrible experience trying to buy a car online from Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo / Fiat / Kia. Salesperson did not respond to calls, texts or emails in a timely fashion. They kept emailing the incorrect email address after we corrected them multiple times and the email was still wrong on contract documents they sent.
