Do not purchase, trade, or have your vehicle serviced at this dealership. They are really all about how much money they can make, could care less about customer service, and no care for the brand that they represent. Went to this dealership to place an order for a replacement vehicle. Not to be trusted! Out of state cash buyer for a used Corvette in low sales season. Had agreed to deal & everything arranged, including non-refundable tickets for transportation, car rental, and a quite large cashier's check. All this info conveyed to dealer on Friday. They were supposed to hold for one day for my arrival Monday. Saturday, I get a call telling me it's been sold to someone else. BUYER BEWARE... Nightmare from the begining.. Bought our suv two months ago before our first payment we spent more time in the shop then we did driving the suv. Jake sweeny over charge my account by 1200 dollars took 1 week to get my refund back. Had to drive on expired 30 day tag because they never sent me my white title. If you are looking for a new or used auto, I highly recommend going to Jake Sweeney Chevrolet and talking to Chris Huff. We just purchased our 2nd vehicle through him and are satisfied on all accounts. He works hard to make a deal happen and he is down to Earth, making it feel like you're in the trusted hands of a good friend.

Very Positive Experience – We had a very positive experience with Chris Huff at Jake Sweeney as we sought to trade-in a car for a newer used car. Great Experience – Purchased my 4th vehicle from Jake Sweeney and second vehicle from Donnie Young. Sales experience was very low key and straightforward. We test drove multiple vehicles over several weekends to determine the right one for us. Once we landed, Donnie was open with all of the pricing information, helping us to land at the best deal quickly and painlessly. After purchase, the pick-up and training on the vehicle was fast and thorough. This was a great way to buy a car.

Best Place To Buy A Car – I have been dealing with Jake Sweeney since 1993,salesman Donnie Young. Donnie has always gone above and beyond to help the family and friends find exactly what they need as far as a vehicle. You can not go anywhere else and get the service that Donnie Young gives. Jake Sweeney Chevrolet aka Mazda Customer BEWARE – They have endless complaints on the BBB website with a rating of B- and they are not BBB accredited. They also have a complaint list a mile long with the Ohio Consumer Protection Agency. PLEASE check out their websites before you choose them to service your vehicle.
