Would rate them ZERO if I could.Worst service department ever.Made an appointment for a 9:30 AM drop off but they did not even look at it until Thursday PM.Worked on truck Friday but did not bother to let me know it was done until I called them Friday at 5 PM .As far as the cost they might as well be wearing a mask because it was definitely highway robbery.I would not recommend Bill Kay Chevy to anybody,even an enemy. Stay away from all Bill Kay dealerships,I had a similar experience at Bill Kay GMC/Buick.

I had a poor experience with Butte GMC. The truck I purchased was not properly inspected or prepared for sale. At the time of the test drive and again at pickup, the vehicle was still dirty inside, had not been properly vacuumed, had visible spots that were never wiped down, and still had adhesive residue left from removed stickers. I had one of the most disturbing consumer experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer and was led to believe the transaction was completed. After the sale, the dealership claimed there were financing or paperwork issues, but I later spoke with GM Financial (which I recorded) and was told the problem was due to incomplete dealership paperwork. I can not say enough good things about my experience at this dealership . I purchase a 2026 Colorado and my salesmen Fazion was amazing. Great guy took his time explaining everything and assisting with this purchase . Was also able to meet Kyle who also went above and behind to make this as painless as possible. was at the dealership Saturday to buy a demo equinox , sothe sales person puts a quote together and when i started questoning the quote as to break it down thats when things got sketchy . the vehicle that we were looking at had 3k miles and they said they would give a discount on it ,really 600.00 lol , then the manger comes over and siad interest rate would be 7.9 percent lol.... Les Stanford service department handled things with me badly. Candice Clark misled me on getting my car repaired and after a few weeks was told there is only one tech for corvettes and they had over 200 to repair. That doesn’t sound realistic!! My car sat for a month without being touched and only after a visit did she reach out. I have posted many times regarding Eagle Chevrolet Riverhead. I will not back down from them. I had my Truck in there for an Engine light that was on and NOISE coming from ENGINE. I told service advisor Mahima & Steve. Mahima called me and said I'm due for oil change and Transmission flush. No problem.
