Its crazy a company do big doing customers like you do. I have always liked Kia especially the Optimas. Purchased a 2025 K5 GT that had some bad issues. Antifreeze coming in the vents. back exhaust kept cloging. cheap tired one blew out 2 day i had it. Florence KY informed me it was new but it had a new york address in system you couldn't get off. I am truly disappointed, devastated and disgusted by the treatment I have received at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet on East Kemper Rd, in Cincinnati Ohio. I got a brand new 2025 Equinox, and the very next day the reverse camera stopped working. I reached out to get it serviced, and was told I would have to leave the vehicle with them for a few days. I went to have an oil change and tire rotation 3 months later and barely made it home from the dealership. The car jerked and switched into 2 wheel drive, and alerts started popping up ... read more
