If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed with the service department. I drove over 2 hours to have the touchscreen radio replaced because mine had stopped working in my 2021 blazer. While I was there I asked them to reprogram a key that wasn't working. I was sold an image guard warranty when I purchased the vehicle which boasted 2 free key replacements per year. A few days after drop off I was told the key needed to be replaced and it would cost $120 because conveniently the image guard policy had changed but no on... read more

Called Jake Sweeney Service department while driving from Batesville, Indiana to cinncinnati and had an inner tire seal blown, on my 5500 ram truck. I talked with Dennis in Service and he said I would have an hour 1/2 wait time, and I told him I would be there, I arrived in an hour and 10 minutes to be told by Dennis that he never scheduled my appointment and it is only a first come first serve basis. AND he was more interested in eating his lunch than talking to the customer that he had just lied to, I would never recommend... read more
