Skip provided a wonderful purchasing experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was evident he was passionate about the brand. The car was delivered in perfect condition and the purchasing experience was seamless and pleasant.
Would not recommend nor do business with again. Dealership late-submitted paperwork for payoff causing finance company to take an extra payment out of my account. I’m out $1k!!! Solely due to shady practices by dealership!!

Service Dept is the best I have dealt with. They are honest and fair. Best I've dealt with in a long time. I also have a BMW X1 and have had mediocre to bad service at the BMW dealer comparatively.
