Based on the experience that Jake gave us, might I say, it was pretty terrible. I would never recommend him for any project in a million years. Please save yourself pain and stress and heart ache and don’t listen to his “Fake” low estimates on your construction/remodel bids. Use someone who can actually perform well and will give you an estimate that’s similar to the final costs. AGAIN, DO NOT EVER USE JAKE’S ODD JOBS. It is HORRIBLE.
