Based on the experience that Jake gave us, I would never recommend him for any project. Please save yourself pain and stress of: inaccurate documentation, jake not showing up to the job site to make sure your project is on time or is being done correctly, walls that are slanted (I.e. 4” at the base and 3” at the top), and an initial bid that is much lower than his final numbers, also this is the most important, he is someone who doesn’t itemize time/materials/etc on his jobs.
